Tiny Tells does not collect personal data for the developer. The app is built for private family newborn tracking and does not use accounts, ads, analytics, third-party tracking, or a developer-operated backend.
Tiny Tells lets a family enter newborn-care records for their own use. These records can include:
Records are stored on the user's device using Apple's local app storage technologies. Signed builds are configured to use the user's iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit so records can stay with the user's Apple ID.
The app also writes a compact next-feed and daily-summary snapshot to its private App Group storage so widgets, shortcuts, and Live Activities can show current status without opening the full app database.
The developer does not receive these records, run a sync server, sell data, or share app records with data brokers.
Tiny Tells does not include account registration, third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking, developer marketing personalization, or external network services operated by the developer.
Tiny Tells includes a history/share surface so a parent can export recent records for their own family or care-team conversations. Exports leave the app only when the user chooses to share them through iOS sharing controls.
The app can schedule local next-feed reminders on the device. Widgets, App Intents, Home Screen quick actions, and the breast-feed timer Live Activity use local app data or the private App Group snapshot described above.
Records stay under the user's device and Apple ID controls. Users can edit or delete app entries inside Tiny Tells. Device backups, iCloud storage, and app removal behavior are controlled by Apple platform settings.
Tiny Tells provides reference guidance only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, or replacement for professional advice. Baby cues, nappy output, weight checks, and advice from a midwife, doctor, or care team always take priority.
